• Earn 5% Credit on your North Valley Veterinary Clinic account on all purchases at Pet Nutrition Center. Online or in-store

• Rewards expire in 1 year from date earned. Credit can be used for any product or service at North Valley Veterinary Clinic.

• North Valley Veterinary Clinic and Pet Nutrition Centers reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

• If you return any of the items purchased the credit will be reversed.

• Credit is only earned on actual dollar/final sale amounts after all discounts and coupons.

• Employees of All Creatures Veterinary Services are excluded from this promotion.

• Credits will be applied on a monthly basis. Ex: Purchases from January will be applied February 1st or next business day.
